Hey friends! If you’re like me and always on the lookout for a sweet treat that doesn’t derail your healthy habits, you're going to fall in love with my go-to dessert: Healthy Snickers! 🍫🥜
These little bites are naturally sweet, super satisfying, and made with just a handful of wholesome ingredients—pitted dates, peanut butter, dark chocolate chips, coconut oil, and chopped peanuts. That’s it!
Here’s how I make them:
Slice the pitted dates in half and stuff them with creamy peanut butter.
Melt your favorite dark chocolate chips with a bit of coconut oil.
Dip the stuffed dates in the melted chocolate, then sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Pop them in the freezer for just 10 minutes, and voilà!
They’re perfect to keep in the fridge for a quick snack or a sweet bite after dinner. I promise—these taste just like a Snickers bar, but without all the added sugar and processed ingredients. You’re going to be obsessed!
