20 Minute Air Fryer Recipe
INGREDIENTS
chicken tenderloins
squash
zucchini
mushrooms
red onion
paprika
garlic powder
salt & pepper
avocado spray
DIRECTIONS
line your air fryer for easy clean up
quarter the zucchini and squash
cut onions into long strips
dice up chicken tenderloins
season everything to your liking
add veggies into lined air fryer & spray avocado spray
top with chicken and toss
cook on 400 for 15 minutes & toss halfway through
while cooking make the sauce
mix 1/2 cup 0% fat plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp ranch seasoning, & 1/4 cup water until it has a runny consistency
plate chicken and veggies, drizzle the sauce, and ENJOY!
(you can easily serve this over rice, quinoa, or mashed potatoes or for low carb, eat as is.)
