20 Minute Air Fryer Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • chicken tenderloins

  • squash

  • zucchini

  • mushrooms

  • red onion

  • paprika

  • garlic powder

  • salt & pepper

  • avocado spray

DIRECTIONS

  • line your air fryer for easy clean up

  • quarter the zucchini and squash

  • cut onions into long strips

  • dice up chicken tenderloins

  • season everything to your liking

  • add veggies into lined air fryer & spray avocado spray

  • top with chicken and toss

  • cook on 400 for 15 minutes & toss halfway through

  • while cooking make the sauce

  • mix 1/2 cup 0% fat plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp ranch seasoning, & 1/4 cup water until it has a runny consistency

  • plate chicken and veggies, drizzle the sauce, and ENJOY!

    (you can easily serve this over rice, quinoa, or mashed potatoes or for low carb, eat as is.)
